The Flight From Dominican Will leave Punta Cana on Sunday at 6 pm and arrive back in Toronto at 10:30 ish. For those of you who are are staying the second week, the flight departures are the same. So you will want to consider booking a room or finding a place to stay in TO. Reminder: Final Payments are Due this Friday

Our Outbound flight is leaving pearson international at 8am and we arrive in Punta Cana at 12:10pm. No word on the return flight yet,,,,Just a reminder our final payments are due March 14. Also, My mom payed the hotel reservations in TO and it is 111. 50 each room.

Hey,,,Just letting everyone know the final payment balance is Due by March 14th. Also we have booked rooms at the Four Points Sheradin Hotel in Toronto for April 26th, the total per room is $111.50 and it can be paid to my mom. The room plan is as follows: 1. Sarah Corey and Loren 2.Amy Mitchell and Jamie and Devin 3. Digger and Amber 4. Spencer and Justin 5.Evyonne, Mike, Kathy 6.Ed and Sharon 7. Jean and Ivan 8. Gary and Marion
The hotel provides free shuttle to the airport as well as parking for the week.

Hi Everybody, I wrote a little poem for everyone to enjoy! Here it is:
We are all Getting Ready to Depart, A Well-needed Vacation is only the Start.
A Week of Sand, Friends, and Sun With Unlimited Drinks we are Sure to have Fun!
So many Great Memories to be made, Hopefully Nobody will have to go to First Aid!
We will Swim, Tan, Surf, Fish, and Scuba Dive A Race for the Pool as soon as we Arrive!
All we can Eat and All we can Drink, Those Poor Maids, Just Imagine the Stink!!!!
Pina Colada in a Coconut and Tequila with a Lime, Dancing all Night Long, It’s Party Time!!!!
It’s Bound to Get a Little Crazy, Without a Doupt, We will have to do a Head Count Before we Check-Out!
Besides the Fun-filled Week Long Vacation April 29th will be Our Wedding Celebration!
Ocean Waves will do the Clapping Dressed to the Nines, we will all look Strapping

Exact Prices and Deposit Info. - Posted: 04 Feb, 2008
Hello Everyone, Here is the e-mail I received today from our agent. We will need the deposit from everyone ASAP. The rates a single means if someone is alone in a room, double is two per room, and triple is three per room. You can make your deposit by calling Marlin Travel with your credit card info. or you can drop by their office in the Rainbow Centre. Thanks again. Here is the e-mail:

Looks like we can confirm April 29th with the judge….they will let me know the time of the ceremony shortly. Here is a list of what is included with the wedding package. Of course we’ll be able to adjust what we need to depending on how many people are confirmed..(ie size of wedding cake, etc)
Here is a run down of the rates and I will get the rates for the upgraded categories as Sharon has asked me to…
Single rate…$1516.00 plus tax of $318.00 (includes departure tax to exit the DR)
Double rate..$1264.00 plus tax of $318.00
Triple rate….$1219.00 plus tax of $318.00
Child rate age 2-5 years…$823.00 plus tax of $318.00
Child rate age 6-12 years..$1147.00 plus tax of $318.00
I am holding 20 seats currently as that is what Sharon figured you have right now.
I need a deposit of $150.00 per person right away and final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to departure. Insurance, should anyone wish to purchase is extra of course.
I will also want to get started on your paper work within the next month or so….

Hello Again, Just letting everyone know, if you are interested in coming you will need to give a 150$ deposit. You have seven days from Monday Feb. 4 to get this in to Marlin Travel. I will have more info on Monday.

Hi All,
I guess the price would be useful for those who did not get my e-mail.
It is 1200$ +318 taxes per person for seven nights,,,flight, room, 24 h unlimited food, 24 h unlimited drinks, all included and much much more! In order to reserve with the group, it is a 150$ deposit that counts towards the total price.

I was just thinking it might be useful for you to know, we are booking though Marlin Travel in the Rainbow Centre. The phone number there is 705-675-1977. Our agent is Kristine Huhtala. This will be were you can go to make your reservation, get information about insurance, flights, and more.
Before everyone runs off to Marlin, take note that I dont have a confirmation from Ocean Blue just yet but if you wait a few days and check this site I will have more information for you.

Hi Everyone. Here are some things to consider when considering the Dominican Trip:
*The restaurants at the resort have a dress code. Meaning that you will need to bring dressier clothes such as dress pants, shirts, skirts, dresses, ect...they dont allow shorts in the restaurants.
*You will need to get a travellers vaccination. It might be called 'twinrix'. Your doctor will let you know details. Dont leave this until the last minute as you need more than one shot.
- passports are not required to travel to the dominican, however you need your real birth certificate and some ID.
*For the wedding we ask that you wear something nice, but not necessarily a suit/tie. Formal shorts and a nice top will do just fine. Bare feet if you wish.
Just a few things to think about!
